The Marshall Public Library board of trustees met May 11 to elect its fiscal year 2016 officers.
The board of trustees also went over the Special Reserve Fund plan; per capita points for fiscal year 2017; the Property Tax Extension Limitation Law; employee policy; and strategic plan inserts.
