The Mattoon City Council in City met yesterday, April 19, to approve council decision request 2016-1672.
This request relates to awarding bids for the 2016 Oil & Chip Program to Earl Walker Construction to furnish and spread oil and spread an aggregate, and for Tuscola Builders to furnish an aggregate.
The council also discussed other new business motions to adopt and approve.
