Adam Niemerg, a Republican member of the Illinois State House representing the 102nd District since 2023, has recently posted several critical messages on his social media account regarding state leadership and public safety.

On September 16, 2025, Niemerg wrote: "This is SHAMEFUL! @BeniRaeHarmony you showed courage and boldness. Thank you."

Two days later, on September 18, 2025, he shared another post providing what he described as context for comments made by Governor J.B. Pritzker. In this message Niemerg quoted Kimmel: “The MAGA Gang desperately trying to characterize this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them and doing everything they can to score political points from it," Kimmel said.

Also on September 18, 2025, Niemerg criticized Governor Pritzker’s approach to criminal justice policy with a brief statement: "Coddling criminals instead of protecting citizens! @GovPritzker"

Niemerg succeeded Darren Bailey in the Illinois State House after being elected in 2023. He has used his platform to address issues concerning state governance and crime policies.
