Dawn Erwin has been recognized as the June Employee of the Month. As a Purchasing Manager, Erwin's contributions have been acknowledged by her colleagues for her dedication and supportive nature.

Demetria Patalano, HIM Manager, praised Erwin saying, "I would like to nominate Dawn Erwin as employee of the month. She works hard to help every department ensure they have all they need to do their jobs every day. As well as having an open door with listening ears with sweet treats for anyone who visits. She shows kindness and patience and always has a kind smile for everyone she sees. A conversation with her on a bad day can turn it into a better one. She truly embodies the spirit of CCH values and treats everyone like family."

Tyler Long, EMS Manager, also nominated Erwin, highlighting her resourcefulness: "I would like to nominate Dawn Erwin for Employee of the Month. Dawn has the uncanny ability to locate any item, no matter how obscure, and somehow have it show up before you can walk back to the other end of the hospital it seems. No matter what odd item it is I’m trying to find she seems to pull it out of thin air. She’s always smiling and in a great mood, and willing to help. She’s been a great help to me since I started here and deserves some recognition for it!"

Erwin's commitment to supporting her colleagues and maintaining a positive work environment exemplifies why she was chosen for this recognition.
