Village of Noble Personnel Committee met April 29.
Here are the minutes provided by the committee:
Present: Mayor Kessler, Cindy Manuel, Janet Pflaum, Gary Ulm and Ashley Pipher
The meeting was called to order at 7:31 pm.
Village Treasurer, Cindy Manuel, requested a meeting of the Personnel Committee to propose the idea of offering Tresa Hundley the option of staying on as Village Clerk on a part-time basis. This would not only help Mrs. Manuel with continuing to learn her position but also slowly integrate the focal points of the day-to-day tasks of the Village Clerk position. Mrs. Hundley previously turned in her intent to retire as of August 25, 2025.
No formal action has taken place yet on the position announcement.
Mrs. Manuel suggested an increase in pay to $25.00/hr compared to the $22.96/hr she is now receiving. The position would be approximately 14 hours a week and would include covering the two weeks' vacation per year for Mrs. Manuel.
The committee all agreed to offer Mrs. Hundley the position for as long as she wanted.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:50 pm.
