Sarah Bush Lincoln has launched a new self-scheduling service, enabling individuals to arrange appointments with their primary care providers online. This development aims to simplify the appointment process by allowing patients to book at any time, even outside office hours.

April Clark, Director of the SBL Specialty Clinic, commented on the new service: “Self-scheduling is easy to use and it’s available whenever people have the time to schedule an appointment, even when the office is closed.”

The service offers flexibility by permitting users to schedule various types of appointments, such as new health concerns, follow-ups, and work or annual physicals. However, appointments with specialty clinics still require direct phone contact with those offices.

To use the service, patients need only provide basic information and will then be shown all available slots with their provider. The self-scheduling feature can be accessed through the SBL website under the "Make Appointment with Primary Care" tab or directly via a provided link.
