State Representative Adam Niemerg has announced the relocation of his district office from Teutopolis to Dieterich, effective December 10, 2024. The move will cause temporary disruptions in phone and internet services on December 9 and 10. Constituents are encouraged to leave messages during this period, as normal operations will resume on December 11.

The new office is located at 100 Norb Avenue, Suite 1, Dieterich, IL 62424. Contact details remain unchanged with the phone number being 217-813-6036 and the website at RepNiemerg.com.

Rep. Niemerg invites residents to visit the new office for discussions about state government concerns or assistance with state programs. "I encourage people to stop by if it is convenient for you to meet with me and my staff to discuss any concerns you may have with state government or need help with state programs or offices," he stated.

He acknowledges that most constituent interactions occur via phone or email due to the district's size but assures continued support through these channels. "I realize that 90 percent of the help we provide is over the phone or online through emails these days which is more convenient due to the size of my district, and we will continue to do that," said Niemerg.

The district includes parts of Champaign, Clark, Coles, Crawford, Cumberland, Douglas, Edgar, Effingham, Jasper, Lawrence, and Vermilion Counties.
