Present: Mayor Joshua Kuhl, Alderman: Gayle Glumac, Kaleb Wright, Larry Brooks, RJ Lindemann, Eric Blake, Mike Swick, Treasurer Melissa Brooks, City Clerk Maggie McDonald
Also Present: County Board Chairman Jason Warfel, Board Members: James Judson, AC Pickens, Jessica Schackmann, Ben Bollman, Micheal Geier, Doug Weddell, Ron Heltsley, Eric Spiker, States Attorney James Treccia and County Clerk Amy Tarr
Meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM.
County Board Chairman Jason Warfel asks for a motion to go out of open session and into closed session to discuss personnel. Motion was made by Micheal Geier, seconded by Eric Spiker. A roll call vote was taken with all in favor.
County Board Chairman Jason Warfel asks for a motion to go out of closed session and back into open session and to adjourn the meeting. Motion was made by Micheal Geier, seconded by Ben Bollman. Consensus vote was taken with all in favor.
Meeting adjourned at 7:26 PM.
