St. Elmo Honors Students Visit Rep. Wilhour at State Capitol

State Rep. Blaine Wilhour (R-Beecher City) welcomed thirteen honors students and their teachers and families to the Illinois State Capitol on Monday. Rep. Wilhour spoke to the visitors about how the General Assembly operates and they were given a history of the House chambers. The students also heard from House Republican Leader Tony McCombie (89th District) from Savana, IL.
