Village of Arthur Board of Trustees met April 4.

A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Arthur, Illinois, was held on Thursday, April 4, 2024, in the Village Board Room. Village President Rod Randall called the meeting to order at 8:00 am. Roll call was answered by Trustees Matt Bernius, Isai Gutierrez, Jim Fleming, and Christy Miller. Trustee Mike Hilgenberg and Dave Tiffan were absent. Erica Carter was present.
Public Comment
No visitors present.
New Business
1. Discussion took place on the Change Order #3 for the Clarifier and Select Demo project at the WWTP. Public Works Supervisor presented this information on the air line replacement. The replacement will be done with welded stainless steel and will last for a very long time. M. Bernius made a motion to approve the Change Order #3 for the clarifier and select demo project at the WWTP, not to exceed $75,000. J. Fleming seconded. All Trustees voted YEA.
General Discussion
Public Works Supervisor Grant Corum stated that he received a resignation and two weeks notice from Albert Wheelock.
Adjourn
C. Miller made a motion to adjourn. I. Gutierrez seconded. All Trustees voted YEA. adjourned the meeting at 8:06 am.
