Rep. Wilhour had the honor of being the guest reader for 1st graders at Vandalia Elementary School. The event took place on April 11, 2024. Expressing his gratitude, Rep. Wilhour stated, "Thank you to Mrs. O’Brien-Schmidt and the Vandalia 1st grade class for inviting me to be the guest reader this morning! I like reading and I love the questions that our kids come up with!"
