On Friday, February 23, former Eureka High School standout Slater Wilcox’s current college team, the Eastern Illinois Panthers, lost 9-6 in their NCAA Division I game against the Nicholls State Colonels.

The game took place in Thibodaux, Louisiana. This was their first matchup against the Nicholls State Colonels this season.

The Panthers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, February 24 at 6 p.m. in Thibodaux, Louisiana against Nicholls State Colonels.
