On Sunday, February 25, former Chaparral High School standout Christian Carew’s current college team, the Eastern Illinois Panthers, lost 9-6 in their NCAA Division I game against the Nicholls State Colonels.

The game took place in Thibodaux, Louisiana. This was their third matchup against the Nicholls State Colonels this season.

The Panthers’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, February 27 at 3 p.m. in Champaign, Illinois against Illinois Fighting Illini.
