The Board of Education of Shelbyville Community Unit School District No. 4 met in a Special Board meeting at 5:00 P.M., Thursday, January 25th, 2024 in the Shelbyville Unit Office. Members present: Gary Hayden, Vincent Warren, Jake Hankins, Abbie Ballard and Ellen Trainor. Absent: Scott West.

Motion to approve the contract of Shane Schuricht as Superintendent of Shelbyville CUSD #4 from July 1st, 2024 - June 30th, 2029 as presented. Yea - Hayden, Ballard, Hankins, Warren and Trainor. Motion passed.

Motion to appoint Chad Brachbill as a member on the Shelbyville CUSD #4 Board of Education per School Board policy 2:70. Yea –Hankins, Warren, Hayden, Ballard and Trainor. Motion passed.
Oath of Office was given to Chad Brachbill by President Ellen Trainor.
