As of the fourth quarter of 2023, Moweaqua Rehabilitation and Health Care Center was owned by JCT Family Limited Partnership, according to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The nursing home, located in Shelby County, has been owned by JCT Family Limited Partnership since April 17, 2015.

Moweaqua Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is registered as a for-profit facility.
