1. Discussion and action on a TIF façade grant request for the building at 122 South Vine Street, Arthur, IL in the amount of $2400.00.

2. Discussion and action on Resolution R-12-04A-2023: A resolution concerning the minutes of closed meeting and the opening of minutes no longer considered confidential.

3. Discussion and action on Resolution R-12-04B-2023: A resolution concerning tapes of closed meetings and the destroying of tapes at least eighteen months old for meeting minutes which have been opened.

4. Discussion and action on Village employee end-of-year bonuses.
