Village of Dieterich Board of Zoning Appeals and Planning met September 14.

Here is the agenda as provided by the board:

3. APPROVE MINUTES: Meeting of June 26, 2023

4. PUBLIC HEARING:

      Requesting: A Variance to reduce the north minimum setback requirement from the required 25 feet in a B-1, General Commercial District, down to 0.00 feet or less, and allow for the walk-in cooler and grease trap to be located adjacent to or within the alleyway, located on Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 of Kruger’s Second Addition to the Village of Dieterich, IL. Commonly known as 200-204 W. Center Street, Dieterich, IL 

5. CONSIDER FOR APPROVAL: 

      Recommendation to grant the requested Variance to reduce the north setback to 0.00 feet or less to allow for the walk-in cooler and grease trap to be located adjacent to or within the alleyway and 200-204 W. Center Street, Dieterich, IL 

6. CONSIDER FOR APPROVAL: 

      Site Plan for the Rail Yard Bar & Grill to be located at 200-204 W. Center Street, Dieterich, IL 62424 

7. OTHER NEW BUSINESS 

8. PUBLIC COMMENTS: 

      Citizens who have provided a speaker’s card not less than 10 minutes prior to the meeting may address the Board. Please state your name for the record. There is a five-minute time limit per speaker.
