Shelby County taxpayers paid $30,724 in Non-Home Rule Sales Tax in August, according to Illinois tax records.

This is a decrease from the month before when $43,130 was collected.

Taxpayers in Shelby County have paid $440,995 in Non-Home Rule Sales Tax in the last 12 months.

The Non-Home Rule Sales Tax is collected for municipal governments use.
