Falling home prices in Palestine in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Palestine fell by $11,250 while total sales increased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $35,000 - a 24.3% decrease over the $46,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Palestine in the fourth quarter of 2020.
