2016 Cleveland Ave., Charleston unloaded by Investment Holdings Premier Properties LLC

On Dec. 30, Jack B. and Kayla Gilbert III purchased a four bedroom, two bathroom commercial property at 2016 Cleveland Ave., Charleston from Investment Holdings Premier Properties LLC for $140,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $1,986.64, 1.42% of the sale price of the home.

This commercial property last sold on Feb. 28, 2020 for $65,000.

So far in December 2021, 35 properties sold in Charleston.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Jana Rene Glidewell, 55, was the only registered voter residing at 2016 Cleveland Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
