Carl Parker||Teressa Parker acquires 306 E. Ill., Oblong

On Oct. 18, Beverly Revocable Trust Newbold sold their home at 306 E. Ill., Oblong to Carl Parker||Teressa Parker for $79,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $957.60, 1.21% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on April 3, 2012 for $62,000.

So far in October 2021, two properties sold in Oblong.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Beverly Newbold has been registered to vote since 2012 and has voted in at least 15 primary elections, records show, including 15 Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 306 E. Ill. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kalyn Lee Auteberry, 29, Richard D. Newbold, 47, Beverly Newbold, 82, and Dustin Auteberry.
