On Sept. 21, Cynthia Ann Powell sold their home at 9462 Hawkeye Drive, Paris to Clapp Farms LP for $12,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $692.70, 5.77% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of two sales so far in Paris in September 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Corey D. Weaver, 33, was the only registered voter residing at 9462 Hawkeye Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020.
