Franklin Barrett and Gale Abby unload 620 E Court, Paris

On Aug. 23, Curtis D. Scott and Carla S Keltz purchased a home at 620 E Court, Paris from Franklin Barrett and Gale Abby for $215,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $3,668.18, 1.71% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of five sales so far in Paris in August 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, F. Scott Wayne Barrett has been registered to vote since 2009 and has voted in at least seven primary elections, records show, including three Democratic Primaries and four Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 620 E Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: F. Scott Wayne Barrett, 39, and Abby Gayle Barrett, 39.
