On July 26, Leanna Ferguson||Casey Cook purchased a home at 11194 N. 1800th St., Palestine from Otis R. Tuttle||Lori Tuttle III for $155,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $2,630.94, which is 1.7% of the sale price of the home.

So far in July 2021, four properties sold in Palestine.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Otis R. Tuttle has been registered to vote since 2015 and has voted in at least three primary elections, records show, including three Republican Primaries. Lori J. Tuttle has been registered to vote since 2017 and has voted in at least 14 primary elections, records show, including 14 Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
