The second quarter of 2021: Home prices in Oblong increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Oblong rose by $46,100 while total sales increased by 275%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $85,000 - a 118.5% increase over the $38,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Oblong in the second quarter of 2020.
