CITY OF FLORA: Flora Chamber of Commerce Job Fair

Jobfind

City of Flora issued the following announcement on Apr. 23.

The Flora Chamber of Commerce is hosting their first ever job fair on Friday, June 30th at the historic railroad depot in Flora. The event is scheduled for 10am until 3pm and will be a perfect opportunity for those seeking work.

There will be a wide variety of jobs presented from members of the chamber of commerce with industrial openings to medical openings, as well as in food and service. For a complete listing of participants please visit the chamber's Facebook page. This will be an opportunity for interested candidates to meet representatives from the potential employers and find out more about the jobs as well as apply for the positions and potentially interview on the spot. Is it recommended you bring multiple copies of your resume with you if you have one available, and the dress code should be appropriate for an interview.

This event is free and open to the public in and around Clay County so we encourage all to attend. If you are a business that has job openings and would like to have a booth at this event, please contact the chamber office today to find out how to become a member and participate in the event. For more information or questions contact Amy Allen at 618-662-5646 or email her at florachamberofcommerce@gmail.com.
