Median home prices in Paris rose to $94,250 in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Paris rose by $57,550 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $94,250 - a 156.8% increase over the $36,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Paris in November 2019.
