Paris home prices fell in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Paris fell by $29,150 while total sales increased by 966.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $36,850 - a 44.2% decrease over the $66,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Paris in the second half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Paris for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $999, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2019.
