Paris median home prices rose by 76.4% in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Paris rose by $28,150 while total sales increased by 53.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $65,000 - a 76.4% increase over the $36,850 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Paris in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Paris for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $999, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
