Median home prices in Brocton fell to $15,500 in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Brocton fell by $32,750 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $15,500 - a 67.9% decrease over the $48,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Brocton in the second half of 2019, as well.
