Paris home prices fell in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Paris fell by $70,450 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $20,300 - a 77.6% decrease over the $90,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Paris in the first quarter of 2020.
