The Paris Area Chamber of Commerce & Tourism issued the following announcement on Mar. 4.
The Edgar County Community Foundation offers a wide variety of advanced education scholarships, and now has a simplified, all-inclusive application
which can be filled out and submitted on line. Application deadline is March 5, 2021.
First go to the ECCF website home page at edgarcountyfoundation.org
Click on Apply -Scholarships
Carefully read the instructions and complete the application.
