Annapolis home prices rose in 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Annapolis rose by $43,814 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $80,000 - a 121.1% increase over the $36,186 median sale price for the previous year. There were two homes sold in Annapolis in 2019.

The median sales tax in Annapolis for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,266, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for 2020.
