Palestine median home prices fell by 11.1% in the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Palestine fell by $5,750 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $46,250 - a 11.1% decrease over the $52,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Palestine in the fourth quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Palestine for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,117, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2020.
