The City of Flora is pleased to announce its annual "Best Christmas Lights In Town" contest is underway!
1st Prize - $100 Utility Bill Credit
2nd Prize - $50 Utility Bill Credit
3rd Prize - $25 Utility Bill Credit
Registration forms are available at City Hall and the Flora Public Library.
∗Entry deadline is December 21, 2020 by 4:00 P.M.
∗Judging will be conducted between December 26, 2020 and January 1, 2021.
