City of Newton issued the following announcement on Oct. 17.
Weather permitting, a road resurfacing project is scheduled Monday October 19 and Tuesday October 20 on both the South and West sides of the square in Newton. Both streets will be closed during this time. Please make alternate arrangements for parking,
