City of Casey issued the following announcement on Oct. 13.
E. Main Street will be closed on Halloween from 5pm - 7pm for Trick or Treating. This does not mean Trick or Treating is only allowed on E. Main St., this is just the only road that will be 100% closed. Trick or Treating is allowed all over town, homes participating will have their porch light on
