City of Flora issued the following announcement on Oct. 2.
Friday October 16th the Clay County Cruisers will be having a cruise-in on main street Flora Illinois. We are urging everyone to come out and have fun. Cruise Main and stop and talk and then Cruise Main St, again and again. We will be starting at 5pm and cruising till 7pm. Be sure to practice Social Distancing and NO BURN OUTS. Have a good time and keep it safe.
