Oblong Community Unit School District 4 Board met April 15.

Here is the minutes provided by the board:

The regular meeting of the Board of Education of Oblong Community Unit School District #4 was held in the Oblong Room. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by President Sparks with the following physically present: Lewis, Pinkston, Bailey, Sparks.

Recognition/comments - None

Motion by Pinkston and seconded by Lewis to adopt consent agenda items as presented. Roll call vote: Lewis - yea, Pinkston - yea, Bailey - yea, Sparks - yea. Motion carried. Consent Agenda items: To approve regular and closed session minutes of March 16, 2020; financial report of March, 2020; payment of April 2020 board bills.

Motion by Bailey and seconded by Lewis to approve Substitute list as presented. Roll call vote: Pinkston -yea, Bailey -yea, Lewis - yea, Sparks - yea. Motion carried.

Motion by Pinkston and seconded by Bailey to approve departmental budgets for the 2020-2021 school year. Roll call vote: Pinkston - yea, Bailey - yea, Lewis - yea, Sparks - yea. Motion carried

Motion by Lewis and seconded by Pinkston to approve making applications for Title I, II, IV, Pre-K Grants, and Consolidated District Plan. Roll call vote: Bailey -yea, Lewis -yea, Pinkston - yea, Sparks -yea. Motion carried.

Motion by Bailey and seconded by Pinkston to approve the Memorandum of Understanding with the Community Unit Four Education Association. Roll call vote: Bailey- yea, Lewis - yea, Pinkston -yea, Sparks - yea. Motion carried

Motion by Lewis and seconded by Pinkston to adjourn at 6:15 P.M. Roll call vote: Lewis - yea, Pinkston - yea, Bailey - yea, Sparks - yea. Motion carried.
