City of Marshall issued the following announcement on May 29.
As of May 27, 2020 under the Phase 3 Illinois Reopening guidelines, pools are not granted to open. We will be having meetings in the coming weeks to discuss safety guidelines, should we be granted to open. As soon as we know, you will know, vial pool facebook page.
