City of Casey issued the following announcement on May 13.
We were advised this morning that the City of Marshall will be flushing hydrants this week. Since Marshall is our water distribution source, Casey customers may temporarily experience discolored water, low pressure, and/or plugged screens at the faucet heads during this process. Letting the water run briefly should clear up this issue.
