City of Casey issued the following announcement on April 23.
The City of Casey is now accepting applications for the position of City Collector. Applications can be found on the City of Casey’s Website and Facebook Page. Applications must be returned to the Mayor, Nik Groothuis, by 2 pm Wednesday April 29th. Applications can be emailed to caseymayor@mediacombb.net, or dropped off at the Walk-up on the East Side of City Hall.
Applicants must have the following attributes: the ability to multitask, the ability to communicate effectively with the public in person and on the phone, strong organizational skills, accurate math skills, must be comfortable with Microsoft Office suite and Quicken as well as the ability to adapt to and use a variety of specialty computer software used by our utility departments, ability to meet strict deadlines, ability to maintain confidentiality, and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
