Arcola School District #306 Board of Education met Dec. 30.

A special meeting of the Board of Education of Arcola Community Unit District #306 Arcola, Illinois was called to order in the Media Center at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 30, 2019 for the purpose of considering the release of bids for the elementary construction/renovation project.
President Strader called the meeting to order. The following members answered roll call: Shonkwiler, Arrol, Stout, Crane, Wesch and Strader.
Others present were: Tom Mulligan, Dave Porter.
President Strader recognized the visitors and asked for public comment. There were no comments
Motion by Crane, seconded by Stout, to approve the release of the bid documents for the elementary school addition/renovation project with a pre-bid estimate of around $3,000,000. Roll call vote: Shonkwiler, aye; Arrol, aye; Crane, aye; Strader, aye; and Stout, aye; Wesch, aye. 6 ayes. 0 nays. Motion carried.
Motion by Crane, seconded by Shonkwiler, to adjourn at 7:14 p.m. Roll call vote: Shonkwiler, aye; Arrol, aye; Strader, aye; Crane, aye; and Stout, aye; Wesch, aye. 6 ayes. 0 nays. Motion carried.
