Paris home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Paris fell by $41,000 while total sales increased by 300%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $10,500 - a 79.6% decrease over the $51,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Paris in the second quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Paris for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $999, approximately 9.5% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2019.
