Annapolis home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Annapolis fell by $56,814 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $36,186 - a 61.1% decrease over the $93,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Annapolis in the second half of 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Annapolis for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,134, approximately 3.1% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2019.
