On October 8, 2019, at 9:00 a.m. Chairperson Barbara Bailey called to order the regular meeting of the Danville Election Commission. Present were: Commission members Barbara Bailey, Charles Bostic and Thomas J. Mellen, II, and Executive Director Sandra Delhaye.
Approval of Agenda:
On motion of Thomas J. Mellen, II, seconded by Barbara Bailey: the agenda was approved by the Commission.
Minutes of September 10, 2019 Meeting:
Charles Bostic moved to approve the minutes of the September 10, 2019 meeting; seconded by Barbara Bailey, motion to approve the minutes approved by the Commission.
Accounts Payable: None.
Voter Registration – September 2019:
Voter Registration information and numbers for active and inactive voters for September 2019 presented for review.
a. Active voters: 17,304 – (Decrease of21)
b. Inactive: 1,505 - (Increase of 3).
Audience Comments: None,
Commissioner Comments: Barbara Bailey advised that she attended the regional meeting in Springfield. The next statewide meeting is scheduled to be held in East St. Louis.

No further business coming before the Conimission, Thomas J. Mellen, II moved to adjourn the meeting; seconded by Charles Bostic concurs. Motion approved. Meeting adjourned to next meeting on November 12, 2019, at 9:00 a.m.
