Call to Order: Meeting called to order by Mayor Fouty at 7:00 p.m.

Approve August Regular Minutes: Dollahan made motion to accept the minutes of the regular meeting. Blanchard seconded the motion. Motion carried. Approved
Approve Payment of Bills: Motion to accept payment of bills was made by Evans, seconded by Hacker. Adams, aye, Edwards, absent, Evans, aye, Hacker, aye, Dollahan, aye, Blanchard, aye. Motion carried. Approved.
Approve Financial Statement: Hacker made motion to accept the financial statement. Evans seconded the motion. Motion carried. Approved.
Approve Transfer of Funds: Hacker made the motion to accept the transfers for $300 from Library to Working Fund and $4000 from Community Center Savings to General Fund. Evans seconded the motion. Motion carried. Approved.
Citizens Comments: Jeremy Hacker stated that the ball diamond looks good. Quincy Blanchard informed the board that the bandstand at the park as a big hole in the roof and is in need of repair.
Discuss and Approve Committee Reports: None
Discuss and Approve Police Report: Reviewed. Report was reviewed. Hacker made the motion to accept the police report. Blanchard seconded the motion. Motion carried. Approved.

Discuss and Approve Utility Superintendent’s Report: Report discussed. Dollahan made the motion to accept the utility superintendent report. Blanchard seconded the motion. Motion carried. Approved.
Discuss and Approve Tax Levy: Blanchard made the motion to table until information for the attorney comes in. Hacker seconded the motion. Motion carried. Approved.
Discuss and Approve New Floor in Basement of Community Center: Blanchard made the motion to replace the floors in the downstairs bathrooms at the Community Center. Dollahan seconded the motion. Motion carried. Approved.
Discuss Cannabis per Attorney’s Suggestion: Articles were reviewed and discussed. Board agreed to revisit at a later date.
Discuss and Approve Trick or Treat Night: Dollahan made the motion to approve Trick or Treat/Trunk or Treat Night for October 31 from 6-8 pm. Adams seconded the motion. Adams, aye, Edwards, absent, Evans, nay, Hacker, nay, Dollahan, aye, Blanchard, aye. Motion carried. Approved.
Other Business: Blanchard asked when the downtown buildings were going to be demolished. Supt. Coartney will call Jeff Shrader and ask him when he will be able to do this. Dollahan asked about membership and the cleaning at the gym. Discussion took place. A Gym committee meeting will be held Sept. 12 @ 7 pm to discuss.
