City of Newton issued the following announcement on Sept. 13.
It's fish sale time again!! The pickup date is October 3rd. Deadline for Grass Carp is September 17th and all other fish orders are due back on Sept 25th. Order forms can be found on jaspercountyswcd.com or they can be picked up at our office.
