2018 Parolees Recap: Who was paroled in zip code 61940?

There was one offender released on parole during 2018 that lives in Metcalf zip code 61940, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by East Central Reporter.

The data shows that the released offender was Joshua Means. He was convicted of a property crime in 2016, when he was 24. He is now 26.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
