Illinois General Assembly: HB2982 actions on May 17

The following actions were taken on May 17 in the House on House bill HB2982 ("substitute teacher-crim check"): "Passed Both Houses" and "Third Reading - Passed".

The bill, as it was introduced in the House by Rep. Daniel Swanson (R-74) on Feb. 14, "amends the School Code," according to the General Assembly website.
